How many letters can fit on your products?

• 40 Characters (including spaces) is the character limit for the Oak and Acrylic Laser-Etched Ornaments, Retired Ornaments, and Coasters. The Oak and Acrylic ornaments are engraved to be read on the front. Retired Ornaments are engraved on the back.
• 40 Characters (including spaces) is the character limit for our Note Cards.
  
• 60 Characters (including spaces) is the character limit for the Autograph Books.
• 30 Characters (including spaces) is the character limit for the top edge and bottom edge of an Art Button or Magnet or Wooden Magnet.
• 30 Characters (including spaces) is the character limit for Bouquet Tags and Key Chains. Bouquet Tags are engraved on the front
  

I filled out the Bulk Order Details Form I needed, but when I came back to my shopping cart, it was empty! What do I do?
You need to enable cookies on your internet browser so that the shopping cart on our website can remember what was in your shopping cart. This is usually under "Tools" and "Options" (Firefox) or "Internet Options" (Internet Explorer). This page from Google explains the details on enabling cookies in many different browsers: http://www.google.com/cookies.html. You can certainly disable cookies once you have finished the checkout process on our website. Once cookies are enabled on your browser, add the bulk item to your cart and finish checking out. You do not need to fill out the Bulk Details Form a second time.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We strive to have all of our orders shipped within 2-7 business days of when payment was received. This depends on the size and complexity of the order. Our turn-around time may vary as The Nutcracker season approaches and orders tend to increase. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid the rush.

How do I checkout?
To pay by check or money order:
Please send us an email listing the items you would like to order and let us know in that email that you would like to pay by Check or Money order.  We will respond within 12 hours with your total including shipping and the address where you should send the check for payment.  We do not prepare orders placed by check until we have received the payment.

To pay by credit or debit card:
1) Click on the "Google Checkout" or "Paypal" link at the bottom of the page and continue through the checkout process.
2) Google Checkout will ask you to create an account with Google if you do not already have one.  A Paypal account is not required to pay via Paypal.  Look for the "Continue without an account" link.

I'm interested in buying one of your bulk quantities, but I am interested in several characters. Do I have to order all of the same character?
No, you can mix and match any combination of characters in any quantity you would like. 
For complex bulk orders with many types of character designs in a batch size we have listed, use the bulk item order method illustrated below:

Please fill out the appropriate Bulk Order Details Form available on your shopping cart page for each bulk lot. After sending us the details about your order, continue through the checkout process from your shopping cart page. 

For less complicated orders or batch sizes that do not match the ones listed, add items to your cart individually and take advantage of the automatic discounts as illustrated below:

Please note: Quantity discounts will not be shown in your shopping cart until you are ready to enter in payment information. You will be able to see the total price with the discounts before payment.

I chose a certain shipping method when I checked out, but my order was shipped with a different method. Why did this happen?
In most cases we ship our orders via the method selected by our customers. Sometimes, however, a different method of shipping is faster and will get the product to you sooner for a similar rate. Therefore, we may sometimes ship using a different method than selected during checkout.
